Ik ben ziek, waar kan ik mij afmelden voor een les?
Dat kan via onze ledenapp. We vinden het heel fijn als je je afmeldt via de ledenapp. Zo ziet de docent meteen
je ziekmelding op onze presentielijsten.
Heb je nog geen wachtwoord? Met de blauwe knop vraag er een aan met het mailadres wat bij ons bekend is.

Proefles
Ik wil een proefles plannen. Als ik het formulier in vul, staat de les van mijn keuze er niet
bij?
Controleer eerst of je de juiste geboortedatum hebt ingevuld. Staat de les van je keuze er niet bij? Mogelijk is de les vol of is het maximum aantal proeflessers voor die
week bereikt. Probeer een andere datum of mail voor de mogelijkheden.
Wat moet ik aan voor een proefles?
Makkelijk zittende kleding met sokken of blote voeten is prima!

Wat kost een proefles?
We nodigen je van harte uit om een proefles te volgen! Om een proefles in te plannen, vragen we je vriendelijk om eerst het proeflesformulier in te vullen.
- Kinderlessen: Een proefles is helemaal gratis!
- Volwassenlessen: Een proefles kost €10,-. Je kunt dit eenvoudig betalen via iDEAL tijdens de laatste stap van het proeflesformulier. Mocht je inschrijven, verrekenen we de kosten van de proefles.
Mag ik als ouder blijven kijken?
Ouders mogen de proefles even blijven kijken aan het begin van de
les. Kijk even wat het beste werkt voor jou zoon/dochter. Soms werkt het juist niet als je als ouder aan de kant zit. We houden meestal 10 minuten aan, mocht het langer nodig zijn, blijf dan
gerust langer. Bespreek het even met de docent.
Inschrijven
Ik ben erg enthousiast na de proefles en wil graag inschrijven hoe werkt het?
Je kunt inschrijven via het
online inschrijfformulier. Na ontvangt krijg je een bevestiging met alle informatie. Bij inschrijving later in het seizoen wordt het lesgeld na inschrijving na rato
verrekend.
Eventuele kortingen die je ontvangt worden berekend zodra we jouw inschrijving verwerken.
Kan ik het hele jaar door instromen in de les?
Je kunt het hele jaar instromen in de les. Je betaalt uiteraard pas vanaf het moment van inschrijving.

Help de les van mijn keuze is vol, wat nu?
Je kunt je vrijblijvend inschrijven voor de wachtlijst. Je krijgt dan meteen bericht zodra je een proefles kunt doen!

Hoe werkt een abonnement?
Je schrijft in voor
1 jaar, na dat jaar loopt het abonnement door tot wederopzegging. Na een jaar kun je maandelijks opzeggen. We hebben een opzegtermijn van 1 kalendermaand.

Wat is mijn lidnummer?
Je lid nummer vind je in de bevestiging van inschrijving en bovenaan de meeste mails.
Wat kun je met de ledenapp?
- Je afmelden voor een les als je bijvoorbeeld ziek bent
- Alle communicatie en nieuwsbrieven teruglezen,
- Je facturen inzien
- Je gegevens bekijken en wijzigen
- Extra emailadressen toevoegen
- Onze agenda met vakanties en activiteiten bekijken
Hoe installeer ik de ledenpagina's als App op mijn telefoon?
Je kunt "Mijn Danskwartier Den Haag" ook vastzetten aan het startscherm van je telefoon of tablet, waardoor de ledenpagina's veranderen in een heuse app. Op Android telefoons bezoek je in je browser https://mijn.danskwartierdenhaag.nl en scrolt naar beneden. Druk daar op de blauwe knop om de app vast te zetten/te installeren. Zie je geen blauwe knop, of heb je een Apple-device? Geen probleem: tap op de menu-knop of op de deel-knop en kies voor "Toevoegen aan startscherm".
Uitschrijven
Ik wil uitschrijven, hoe werkt dat?
Wil je stoppen met dansles? Wat jammer dat je ons gaat verlaten!
We hopen dat je met plezier hebt gedanst bij ons.
Als je je lidmaatschap wilt opzeggen, kan dat uitsluitend per e-mail.
Let op: je opzegging is pas definitief zodra je van ons een bevestiging van uitschrijving hebt ontvangen.
Je abonnement loopt door tot wederopzegging. Na het eerste jaar is het maandelijks opzegbaar, zoals beschreven in onze algemene voorwaarden.

You can do this via our member app. We would really
appreciate it if you could unsubscribe via the member app. This way, the teacher will immediately see your sick report on our attendance lists.

Trial class
I want to come for a trial class. When I fill in the form, the lesson of my choice is not listed?
First check whether you have entered the correct date of birth. Is the lesson of your choice not listed? The class may be full or the maximum number of trial lessons for that week has been
reached. Try another date or email for the possibilities.
What should I wear for a trial lesson?
Comfortable clothing with socks or bare feet is fine!

How much does a trial lesson cost?
We cordially invite you to take a trial lesson! To schedule a trial lesson, we kindly ask you to first complete the trial lesson form.
- Children's lessons: A trial lesson is completely free!
- Adult lessons: A trial lesson costs €10. You can easily pay this via iDEAL during the last step of the trial lesson form.
We look forward to welcoming you to our dance school!
As a parent, can I watch the class?
Parents are welcome to watch the trial lesson at the beginning of the lesson. See what works best for your son/daughter. Sometimes it doesn't work if you sit on the sidelines as a parent. We usually stay for 10 minutes, if longer is needed, feel free to stay longer. Discuss it with the teacher.
Signing up
I am very enthusiastic after the trial lesson and would like to register, how does it work?
You can register via the online registration form. After receiving, you will receive a confirmation with all information. If you register later in the season, the tuition fee will be settled pro rata after registration.
Any discounts you receive will be calculated as soon as we process your registration.
Can I join the class all year round?
You can join the class all year round. Of course, you only pay from the moment of registration.

You can register for the waiting list without obligation. You will be notified immediately as soon as you can take a trial lesson!

How does a subscription work?
You sign up for 1 year, after that year the subscription continues until cancellation. After a year you can cancel monthly. We have a cancellation period of 1 calendar month.

How do I log in?

Log in with your membership number and password. Don't have a password yet? Use the blue button to request one with the email address that we have on file.
What is my membership number?
You can find your membership number in the confirmation of registration and at the top of most emails.
What can you do with the membership app?
- Unsubscribe from a class if you are ill, for example
- Read all communication and newsletters
- View your invoices
- View and change your details
- Add extra email addresses
- View our calendar with holidays and activities
How do I install the membership pages as an app on my phone?
You can also pin "Mijn Danskwartier Den Haag" to the home screen of your phone or tablet, which turns the membership pages into a real app. On Android phones, visit https://mijn.danskwartierdenhaag.nl in your browser and scroll down.
